Monitoring and Response:

Permanex monitors its alarms and CCTV systems, either using your existing phone line, secure mobile phone networks or broadband connection. Our monitoring station views all images and will assess any activation remotely.  

Combined with a professional 24 hour response team, you can be assured that an alarm or CCTV system activation will be dealt with as quickly as possible and if required without any need to contact the client.

If a response team has been called to site over night, due to a threatening situation, the site manager/foreman will be presented with detailed information, imagery and an email of the event which occurred the following morning.
